1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, creating a profile, purchasing a PRO plan, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials and passwords.
• All content, links, images, contact numbers, and product details uploaded to your digital card.
• Ensuring you have the legal right and copyright ownership of any images, logos, or trademarks uploaded to your profile.

3. Prohibited Content & Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using Broweiser to host, promote, or distribute:

• Fraudulent schemes, phishing links, counterfeit products, or deceptive contact info.
• Hate speech, harassment, adult/explicit content, or illegal activities.
• Malware, unauthorized automated scraping, or platform disruption attempts.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any card or user account found violating these guidelines without prior notice.

4. SaaS Plans, PRO Upgrades & Custom Domains

Access to advanced features (including custom branding, unlimited products/services catalogue, advanced analytics, custom domain connection, and verified badges) requires an active PRO subscription or payment. We reserve the right to modify pricing, subscription terms, or feature tiers at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Broweiser, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, lost business opportunities, third-party internet outages, or misuse of public card information.
